About the Flute Choir
The Canyon County Flute Choir brings together flutists from across the Treasure Valley to perform a wide range of flute choir literature, from classical transcriptions to contemporary works. The ensemble provides a welcoming environment for flutists of varying experience levels to grow musically and perform together.
As one of MACC’s longest-running chamber ensembles, the Flute Choir regularly collaborates with the Canyon County Children’s Chorus, Symphony, and other local musicians for special performances throughout the year.
What We Do
Ensemble Performances
We perform a variety of flute choir repertoire throughout the year, including collaborative concerts with the Canyon County Children’s Chorus and other MACC ensembles.
Flute Summit & Education
The ensemble participates in the annual MACC Flute Summit, offering workshops, masterclasses, and performance opportunities for flutists of all ages and levels.
